WELCOME. YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.

Welcome to Central Lutheran Church, a significant part of Tacoma, Washington since 1925. It’s exciting to be a part of this ministry and serving with friendly and caring people who love Jesus. Central Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Conservative Lutheran Association (CLA), which puts her in the unique position of being able to be a church that is faithfully Lutheran in substance but unencumbered by synodical constraints. We are a church that can be a resource to all Christians that identify with a common historical and confessional Lutheran statement of faith. Our mission: “loving God, loving people, and making disciples to share the Gospel message of Jesus Christ” guides all that we do.

We are a unique church that truthfully honors Christ and Him Crucified for sin, and we believe that the Bible is God’s perfect, inerrant Word, and the only authoritative source for Christian life, faith, and practice.

On Sunday morning we begin at 9:40am with Bible Study, followed by our Divine Worship Service at 10:40am—we look forward to your visit. If you have any questions, please visit our contact page. I also encourage you to visit our YouTube channel to view past sermons. God bless you, and again, we look forward to meeting you in person on Sunday.

In His Service,
Rev. John L. Redal, Pastor

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
