Leadership at Central Lutheran Church

Pastor Erich Sokoloski

Erich Sokoloski moved with his family to Tacoma Washington in 1984. He graduated in 1999
from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He then
attended Faith Evangelical Seminary and graduated in 2009 with a Masters of Divinity. During
this final year at the Seminary, he served at Central Lutheran Church as Vicar. In May of 2009,
he was ordained at Central Lutheran Church into the Conservative Lutheran Association (CLA).
He became senior pastor of Central Lutheran Church in September 2009. In December of 2009
he accepted a position at Faith Evangelical Seminary and now teaches several undergraduate
courses. February of 2010 he was interviewed by the LCMC and accepted as an active clergy
member.

He is married to Tricia Sokoloski, whom he met at Central Lutheran Christian School in the
8th grade. They have been married for nearly 18 years and have three children ages, 9, 6, and 3.
